Looking for a peaceful and kind person to share a house with my uncle and i. My uncle is in a wheelchair, from a stroke. So wanting to find an understanding person. Who is a bit sociable and doesn't mind having a chat occasionally.
The whole bottom of the house is yours to use. Two bedrooms downstairs and your own bathroom and laundry. Plus there is an area downstairs which can be made into a lounge area, or study.Its almost like a whole house downstairs and very private. There is a large outside area also. The kitchen is up stairs and there is a lounge and dinning room.
There is parking on site but also on the road there is plenty of parking.
I travel between Sydney and Brisbane a lot and I am not always here.
We are looking for a trustworthy, happy, and kind person or persons .
Who enjoys a chat and a maybe a drink or a meal out on the lovely balcony that over looks the valley.

| Welcome to Wavell Heights (on the border of Nundah) situated on Brisbane’s north side.
Presently I’m looking for new housemates to live in a three bedroom ground level villa.
It’s located:
*in a very quiet street (no through traffic)...great for street parking
*2mins to Sandgate road buses
* 6min walk to Nundah Train station,
*5min walk to Woolworths at Nundah Village,
*half-way between Toombul and Chermside shopping centres, *3minute walk to Boyd park and library,
*3.2 km to Prince Charles Chermside Hospital,
*close access to new Toombul-city-Clem7 tunnels,
*12km from CBD,
*15minutes drive to airport (but no aeroplane noise).
Rent excludes all utilities costs (Power, Gas, Water and Internet to be shared). The villa is fully furnished so all you will need is whatever you want in your room. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped; the living room has a Free to Air TV, couches and new giant reverse cycle air conditioner which acclimatises the whole flat. The front yard has a Webber BBQ and clothes line. The garage is currently being used. As for me I’m a 40 year old and currently working. I am quiet and go for long walks so I probably won’t be there most days and nights. I have a general interest in travel, cultures, water sports, fitness, computers, and making new friends. The Master bedroom for rent: Queen size bed, with built-in cupboards, has a ceiling fan and a mirror, one bed side table, dressing table with large drawers, share bathroom (shower, bath, and toilet). For a couple $230 per week per week and only share with me (though I'm not there often)or one person $170 .

Looking for a commuter who will not need to be here on Saturdays and Sundays i.e. only commutes to Brisbane during the week then returns back to own home on weekends. You can choose from one of two available bedrooms but share bathroom and kitchen. Only looking for one person so other room will be left vacant. Bus stop is right next door and over the road, train within 200m, Coles Bi-Lo, coffee shops, chemist etc. all within 100m.
