27 Year old English female has a room available in the teneriffe area. There are two befdrooms, I have one of them, and the 2nd one which is for rent has a double bed and single, so would suit 2 friends or a couple.
House has porch, living room (big tv) kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, back yard (with table tennis table). 10 mins on the bus to the city, 10 minute walk to the valley. 5 minute walk to woolworths and the shopping centre. Nice area to live in.
The rent is $450 a week, so split between 3 people it will be $150 a week, unless just one person ends up moving in then it will be $225 each a week.
