The apartment has everything you need including foxtel, plus a huge balcony. 2 min walk to the tram stop on bridge. And 5 min to the train station. I'm pretty easy going and tidy and would like someone who is the same, I'm out a fair bit but dinner with the roomy a couple of times a week would be great!
